Bridge Builders Leadership Initiative (BBLI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging gaps in our community through leadership development, mentorship, outreach, and family support initiatives.

For over eight years, BBLI has faithfully served students and families in Pearl, MS and surrounding communities through tuition-free programs, leadership training, academic support, recreation, STEAM opportunities, food assistance efforts, and community outreach.

What began as an afterschool program grew into a mission focused on building character, strengthening families, and creating generational impact.
